Located in Benicia, Calif., Bay Area Oil continues to offer quality lubricants to the same Northern California region as it did when President and General Manager Gary Killgore purchased it in 1986. The company serves large, key cities within a 75- to 100-mile radius of its headquarters, such as Sacramento, San Francisco and Oakland. While Bay Area Oil offers an array of aviation, industrial and heavy-duty lubricants, it has seen great success by supplying automotive lubricants and focusing on the industrial sector. "We're very proud to be one of the few companies in our area that specializes in lubricants," added Killgore. "By doing so, we're able to enhance our experience, knowledge and lubricants skillset, which customers appreciate."
Throughout its relationship with Phillips 66 Lubricants, the company continues to carry Phillips 66, 76 Lubricants and Kendall Motor Oil product lines, but shares that they've seen the most growth with Kendall products. The company places great emphasis on forging personal interactions with its customers. In addition, the company attributes its success to its strong relationship with Phillips 66 Lubricants.
