DIAMOND CLASS® AW TURBINE OIL

RUST & OXIDATION-INHIBITED, ANTI-WEAR TURBINE OIL

Phillips 66® Diamond Class AW Turbine Oil is a premium rust- and oxidation-inhibited (R&O) turbine oil designed for geared and direct-drive gas and steam turbines operating under severe conditions. It is specially formulated to prevent sludge and varnish formation, ensuring reliable performance in demanding applications.

Diamond Class AW Turbine Oil is made with premium hydrocracked base oils and a proprietary additive system. It delivers exceptional oxidation resistance, deposit control, and wear protection. Its advanced formulation extends service life and minimizes harmful sludge and varnish deposits. The oil protects components from rust and corrosion, separates water effectively to prevent emulsions and bacteria buildup, and resists foam formation that can disrupt lubrication and cause premature bearing wear. An ashless anti-wear additive further enhances protection for gears and bearings.

Filtered to an ISO Cleanliness Code of 18/16/13, this oil meets the strict requirements of circulating systems with tight tolerances where particle contamination can cause issues. This oil is filtered at the blending terminal before filling any package containers and is filtered again when the oil is delivered to bulk tanks.
