DIAMOND CLASS® TURBINE OIL

PREMIUM LONG-LIFE, RUST & OXIDATION-INHIBITED TURBINE OIL

Phillips 66® Diamond Class Turbine Oil is a premium rust- and oxidation-inhibited (R&O) turbine oil designed for gas and steam turbines operating under severe conditions. This turbine oil is specially formulated to prevent sludge and varnish formation, making it ideal for new-generation gas turbines.

Made with premium hydrocracked base oils and a proprietary additive, Diamond Class Turbine Oil delivers exceptional oxidation resistance and deposit control. This oil extends service life and saves costs for gas turbines by minimizing harmful sludge and varnish buildup in servo valves and IGV valves that experience low oil flow rates and oil is subject to cyclic temperatures.

The oil protects components from rust and corrosion, separates water effectively to prevent emulsions and bacteria buildup, and resists foam formation that can disrupt lubrication and cause premature bearing wear.

To ensure cleanliness, Diamond Class Turbine Oil is filtered to an ISO Cleanliness Code of 18/16/13 at the blending terminal before packaging and again upon delivery to the customer’s facility.
