HIGH PRESSURE MACHINE OIL

HIGH PRESSURE ANTI-WEAR MACHINE OIL FOR THE FABRICATION OF ALUMINUM PRODUCTS

Phillips 66® High Pressure Machine Oil is a premium anti-wear hydraulic oil designed to meet DIN 51524-2 standards. It is specifically engineered for fabricating high-strength aluminum, aluminum alloy plates, and extruded shapes used in commercial and military aircraft, aerospace applications, and custom industrial projects.

This oil delivers superior anti-wear protection for high-pressure hydraulic systems involved in aluminum fabrication and machining. Its excellent oxidation resistance at high temperatures ensures long service life and prevents deposit formation. The oil’s water-separating properties minimize emulsion formation, while its rust and corrosion protection safeguards hydraulic components. Additionally, it resists foam buildup, performs well in cold startups due to its low-temperature properties, and is non-staining to aluminum, bronze, and brass.

High Pressure Machine Oil meets the strict load-carrying capacity requirements of hydraulic oils as measured by the Brugger Test.
