HTOC 22

High Temperature Oven Chain Lubricant

Phillips 66® HTOC 22 (High Temperature Over Chain) is a light-viscosity synthetic lubricant designed to lubricate drive chains operating at temperatures up to 575°F (330°C). It's particularly suitable for lubricating roller chains, slides, and sprockets used in industrial drying, baking, and coating processes.

Crafted with premium base stocks and a proprietary additive system, HTOC 22 delivers exceptional high-temperature performance, including low volatility and minimal residue formation on lubricated parts. Its superior solvency helps clean existing deposits from wetted parts. The light viscosity enables the lubricant to seep into critical pins and bushings of the drive chain where anti-wear additives protect against surge or shock loading, thereby extending chain life. Corrosion and oxidation inhibitors safeguard the chain and lubricated parts against rust and corrosion.
